Printable | Weekly Schedule Calendar

The printable in action. It’s really old, I definitely do not have the time to do all those things anymore!

I am a strong believer in sharing. Sharing useful websites for school, neat software, organizational tools. So on that note, today I’m sharing a super flexible printable I made a couple of years ago to help you set up your weekly tasks.

Use the empty boxes in the header to write the month and week start date/end date. In the photo, I just wrote Sunday and Saturday in the left and right boxes, respectively, just in case I forgot which day starts off the week, y’know? (That’s sarcasm in case you couldn’t tell through the screen. I really don’t know why I wrote Sunday and Saturday there, it’s kind of redundant.)

The central boxes are for setting out the blocks of time you’d like to schedule per subject/project/task. You can really use this however you see fit.

I added an extra section under the weekend days because you usually have more tasks to do on weekends.

You can use this printable as your set schedule for every week by simply printing it out once and making some copies to keep with you to remind you what you should accomplish that day. On the other hand, you could use it as a planner as well, printing one out each week to keep track of the key tasks you need to accomplish that day.

Enjoy! (Note: to download, click the top right button – it’ll take you to the document page.)

I’d love to hear from you! What sort of organizational tools do you use? Do you plan your tasks by month, week or day?

  1. I think this schedule will help me a lot with organizing my tasks and allotting the proper amount of time for them. Before, I just used my agenda but I would always run out of space. GREAT POST, IOANA! 😀

    1. Hey Anne, thanks for the comment! I’m glad to help!
I’ve certainly been finding it very useful lately, what with the start of the new semester and all the things I’m planning now that exams are over. 😉
